Two requests: 1) It would be great if there was an option to choose wich particular background to use ingame. 2) It would help if there was an option to "use another background" during the game, especially with saved games. I consider these requests useful since some of those backgrounds simply don't work for me and my setup, sometimes rendering the whole game unplayable due to the ramdom choice the game takes. Nice to know that there probably is some way to solve this, but honestly: Would you mess around with your systems registry on the basis of your own advice reading very much like "find some miracle key somewhere and change it in some way"? I doubt that. Regarding the download: I was trying it the usual way, which probably is the way most people will install their game - by inserting the disc. I did not find an "all english version" while looking for updates. Cheers!

Choose Language in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I guess somebody else would have come up with this issue already. Alas: I can't find it. So I'm asking / pointing this out. When installing GC2 Coll.Ed. the game installs itself in some language it determines by what ever means. For me this is German. Excuse my french, but the game's "german" is as 'good' as is my spanish. What I am missing a an option during install to choose another language, prefered the english version. I know that this is technically possible. The last installation was engl
