Sorry.. Im lost I tried downloading some skins.. (WindowBlinds ones) and I dont get how to install it.. I saved it under all files, and when I renamed into .wba it says It could not open the file? :/ what do I do? and By the way Im using Internet Explorer.

Sorry, I'm really new at this stuff.. but after you download a skin, how do you apply it to your desktop and such?
