Hi.There's no pop up, the game just exits. How do I attach a file here?

I can no longer start the game. Have followed the FAQ and updated DirectX and everything else in there. I get to the animated intro that you see after setting up your game, and the starting planet shows and then immediately the game ends with no error screen. It used to work on this computer, but I guess some update messed it up. Any ideas?

I have a game that's been ongoing for many turns. Recently, I could not load the save game, the game crashed and went back to Steam. I managed to open the file by starting a new game, then immediately chose Load Saved Game. That worked for a while, but now I cannot do that either. I have verified files etc. I suspect it has to do with size of the game, as I can start new games with no issues. Anyone know of a way to get it to load, or do I need a new computer :-)...

I still have this issue. Game halts on one of the AI players. I have to exit and resume from last autosave.
