These approval bonuses apply to Colony worlds, not Core worlds. If you check the approval of non-Core worlds, you should see the bonus applied.
Are you referring to Colony planets that have yet to be assigned a Governor / too small to be assigned a Governor? AFAIK there's no way to check the approval rating of that 1/1 citizen, and I'm also not sure why approval even matters there since you simply get the resource ou

I noticed that one of my planets had negative tourism due to the Governor's negative trait; however, does this really make sense for tourism to be able to go negative and impact income? What is negative tourism supposed to represent anyways in the context of this setting (Gal Civ)? In my mind Tourism should simply be capped at 0 as the floor.

Ok thanks, that's what I figured Imprison would do, but I didn't know how many turns it would take to remove the Criminal Trait, and generally speaking, missing out on a citizen's production for a few turns is not worth it. The "Print Money" modifier and "The Great Amusement" modifier do not appear to automatically go away after their set timer (12 months / 25 months respectively), and are erroneously stacking / re-applying themselves. Regarding Print Money, I just don't think it's going away after the 12 months as stated (ie after 12 turns), meaning I'll be stacking these each time I print

Hi all, Currently playing on patch 1.02 on Genius difficulty. I'd already finished my first game of GC4 on 1.01 on Bright difficulty (~12-14 hrs of gameplay, just learning all the new mechanics). I've played an extensive amount of GC2 and GC3 in the past (many years ago). For my second game, I've been paying much more attention to modifiers in order to optimize my early game. However, I'm an hour in and scratching my head because I appointed a Minister of Colonization (with 9
