I've had this happen while playing against the Corporate Sector. They just shuffle what must be 70 or 80 tiny hulled ships between subspace conduits and it creates horrible game delays.

Hmm...that's interesting. My system isn't much different than yours and I have no problems running the game at larger settings. I have a Core i7-7700K, though mine runs at 4.2 GHz. My card is a NVidia GTX1080 and I only have 16GB of memory.
Yeah. Last game I ended up with 20 survey ships, and that was after I decommissioned a few.
I guess I'm wondering why missiles and lasers can get upgraded and kinetic stays at zero?
It does not.
I am still not receiving kinetic bonus to my survey ship when I receive a bonus from surveying. All other bonuses seem to be working just fine.
Playing as the Torians and whenever I get a kinetic weapons boost from an anomaly, it does not get applied to my survey ship. The missile and laser boosts are applied correctly, but the kinetic one is not. I'm not sure if it's being applied to armor defense instead or just not applied at all, but I'm pretty sure it was working right in Beta .77 and has not been working in Beta .8 or Beta .9.
I would like to add that could we please make sure no shipyards are behind a sun or that their ships come out behind a sun (looking at you, Torians!)?
I'll try. It hasn't happened in quite a while.
Ok. To say "disappearing" is not quite accurate. It's more like it won't open all the way.
Here is a recent copy that stacked 2 of the plagues on top of each other. Hope this helps. https://www.dropbox.com/s/7jffsawk7ddmqi0/Multiple%20Plagues%201.zip?dl=0
https://www.dropbox.com/s/vc6een80iajdcro/Disappearing%20Projects%20Menu%201.zip?dl=0 I've found that exiting the game and starting again fixes the issue, so I'm not sure you can replicate it, but here is the file.
Ok, I have a saved copy now. How do I get it to you?

Not at the moment, no. It's very sporadic in occurrence.
Several times now I have played as the Navigators and have received the planetary plague problem 3 times in a row. Not 3 times...3 in a row. I have not experienced this with the other races I have played. It's really hard to build a civ when it is paralyzed for 90 turns.
It can be that #15, but sometimes it just disappears completely, possibly from the same bug. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to whether it's a partial cutoff or a complete cutoff.
In GalCiv III there was an option to not be notified when a shipyard was empty, basically allowing you to build nothing. Can we please have that returned to the game? Can we also have a similar button for planets? If I happen to fill up a planet, I should not be forced to build something else to keep the game moving. What am I supposed to do, destroy something and rebuild it?
On the planet management screen, the projects menu disappears after a while into the game. Not sure how far, as I didn't check that, but after at least an hour of playing.
