Can't move freighter in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this post.... I had two planets defect to my side that I had previously set up interplanetary trade with. This obviously ended the trade I had going there. The two freighters seem to have returned to the home planet they originated from, and I can view the stack they are in, however I can't move them at all. Also, I can't view the basic planet info when clicking on the planet either, all I get is
