Sorry you're leaving us. Star11 and WB have limitations imposed by Windows. Being dissatisfied largely depends on expectations. If what you're looking for is basically a dock app, Nexus Ultimate is probably ideal for you. Winstep Extreme is also a consideration. The emails I get when I forget to uncheck the choice in forum replies are a lot more informative. You posted a gallery email notification, however.
