For GalCiv IV: Supernova, we are going to give up on trying to have one UI to rule them all and instead begin to have two different UIs.
Great, I wished this since GalCiv3
Bombers shoul
For sure we do want to have a possibility to upgrade ships, at least in some way, I have phrased myself poorly. It's that we want to replace the mechanic with another one. There are some ideas on it, but all are in early stages, so I cannot tell you the specifics [e digicons]:)[/e]
Good to know! :)<
Per game design we want to move away from this mechanic, but while code is still there, you could use it: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1357210/discussions/0/3819659084189364716/
Thanks for your answer :) I hope you'll reconsider your design decision, it's both unrealistic and annoying to have lots of obsolete ships that can't be updated. You could make it more difficult instead (for example it could be needed to
Just verified. In Supernova there still isn't a way to upgrade ships, and this half broken buggy workaround still exists. It's insane that the game has supposedly been out for a year and yet this system hasn't improved.
How do I create the waypoint to make use of this workaround ?
Hi, I can't figure out how to end a turn when I've completed all the tiles and upgrades on a planet. The end turn button is replaced by the planet button, but I've found no way to let the system know that I've done with the building there. nly way I've found is to destroy an upgrade and build it again, to make the planet button go away and the end turn button appear.
My opinion is: yes to the campaign, I'd like to continue the epic (I started with GalCiv2, and played all of them since) but better to put it in a later DLC, first there are more important things to add and fix for the sandbox
