As someone who constantly enjoys sci-fi games, especially ones that allow me to come up with my approach to the stories. I say bravo. I liked your work. And obviously were getting the hyper condensed versions. I just have to say, cool stuff. Now I'll just get back to working on my own sci-fi stories. (Which I will of course play some via GalCiv2.) Heheh..

I've read the book by Heinlein. And wasn't all that impressed with it. Then again, I actually enjoyed the movie version of Starship Troopers. Not because it was campy, but because the story took itself very seriously. And yet.. there was some cheese factor. hehe.. But I liked the extreme governmental choices that the people had to live with. And they glossed it over in the class lecture. Yet, I thought it was disturbingly plausible.

Though I've begun to see almost every post by folks as some kind of sick viral campaign. I do have to agree here, that I like their approach. That and I won't EVER put a game on my comp that uses Starforce copy protection. Why would I do that when folks here at Stardock trust me. And that's why I'll preorder, and download direct.

Well, I downloaded the opening Intro Trailer they had up there. And well.. surprise suprise... I hear the voice of an Admiral. Or was it a Lieutenant, or at one point an Ensign. Yeah, the voice actress sounds so very like Michelle Forbes, that I'm pretty positive the woman voicing the intro is the woman who's played Ensign Ro Laren (STNG), and most recently as Admiral Helena Cain, on Battlestar Galactica. Very cool if it is.. and if it isn't.. w
