well you should have saved every turn and researched as much as posible giving you a really nice advantage
zbiggie
i wouldnt mind seeing them apper as a really really rare even, where either you see them appear for a split second then disapear and get a message that you have been scaned and processed, then later in the game having the ship reapear only to destroy a single fleet or planets population. I would love to see someones face right before they send in their biggest badest fleat to decimate the other guys hav
well if its nukes vs slingshots then all you have to do is sneek behind the enemy lines and gets some rocks into the missles engins and when it starts up BOOM bye bye bad guys
when you are at war with a civ and they ask for peace is it possible to get all their tech, or a planet or two for the peace.
thats why i prefer to get the cd since i dont have to bother with the downloading of multiple files and trying to make sure that it all installs properly
with tight cluster you will be much closer to everyone else, while on scattered and pocket clustters(dont know what the game has) you will find that you are more likley to have time to develop some before you meat anyone
hey im in canada and i even know that EB wont be stocking the game till the 22nd, so stop complaining. And when you preorder this game from anyone but stardock their is no chance of you getting the cdkey for the dl since all you can do is preorder, get the key and cancel the preorder so their is no chance of you getting the cd key
when i preordered they said they wont have it till the 22nd, which really blows since i have an exam on friday the 24th(calc, hard math) and then a chem exam on the 1st which wont be to bad but im still going to fail because of this game
well i was just thinking, If you were to find a system that has few planets or 5 very low class planets. would you not be able to research a tech that would allow you to mine an astroid belt that is in the system and create or improve the class of the world by adding the needed resources to that planet. So in the end you would be able to change mars into earth like since to do that all you need is to add a 1/3 of earths mass onto mars and then bombard
i havent been realy paying attention to the screenshots but, I like the way you are thinking. That would be an awsome mod to see around but it would take forever to do since they would have to recreate the human starship base. otherwise wouldnt be suprised to see it around
Well I just ended up not bothering with it and went ahead and preordered at my local EB Games. The only thing that is going to suck is how they said they wont be getting it in untill the Feb22 at the earliest. ( yes im in Canada).
what im getting at is that someone can be attacking you but they can end up chasing your planet which can give you a turn or two too build a ship or upgrade what you have, of cource after you check out what your opponent has installed.
I have been seeing pics of the systems where you can clearly see the planets around the stars, but will the planets be moving around the stars or are they stationary. (from what im understand a move will be 1 week?, which means that if they are moving it will take 48 moves to rotate once around a sun, for earth)
Does anyone know if the game will be shipped with a backstrory or will it be electronic, if it will be included at all
Im not sure if its the same thing but I did pay with paypal where I had 30days free of use of a website then after that i would be charged a fee. Couldnt that be used here except of a monthly///yearly fee you would charge one fee for the total amount
