Game is not displaying properly in The Political Machine 2004 Stardock Forums

I loaded The Political Machine, but when I didn't get a display I suspected it might be DirectX. Installed v.10 but no luck. Checked for updates, again no luck. Looked through some of the posts here and saw a reference to the Shader and the video card might not be compatable. I am posting my debug file for an opinion. Thanks to any help that can be offered.
