Win Cust Browser won't update to new items in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Can someone please help? I have had this problem for a while and am too impatient to wait for support. When I update the files from the view section or start up the browser I can only get things from about a week prior. Is there something I'm doing incorrectly? Thanks Byron
