Hi im new.. and i was wondering if somone would kindly explain how to make bootskin^^.. in Requests WinCustomize Forums

I was interested in some of the bootskins and it kinda influence me to want to make one XD.. could some one teach me or explain for meXP?!?! id be happy if mailed me^^;; [email protected] thanks.
