Cannot change skin color in full version in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

When I attempt to change the skin color of various skins it doesn't work. I make sure that the force settings boxes are selected but when I click apply nothing happens. I can change the brightness but not the color itself. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Here is a screenshot of my settings: Link
