Thanks to all for replies. I have checked that a LAN is the mode of Internet connection - everything else works OK - so my Internet connection is fine. It is just Winstyles. If I try to download a new Suite - I am told that I do not have an Internet connection and it will not apply it. I go to Winstyles - then Add/Remove - then Download Skins and Themes - I am taken to the WinCustomise Site where I select a Theme. As soon as I click on it - up pops the box that tells me the Suite content of the

Anyone help me please ... when trying to install a new skin (Winstyles) a box keeps popping up and telling me that I am not connected to the Internet. I have a cable modem .... and a permanent Internet connection. I cannot apply any new skins - this error message appears as soon as I go to the Web site and attempt to install a new skin. It seems to download OK - but then the box pops up again. It's driving me nuts ....
