Thanks for that info Publius, it was only a colony.

I thought you had to have a transport to invade worlds? Does this not apply to Torians?
I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but I don't see a Cybermetrics tech in the Tech Library to allow us to use this ability. Used alphabetical search.
No way to highlight bottom row on Governors screen. Selection Panel blocks mouse.
Had an event where I met the Drone Salesman. I was shocked because drones are no longer in the game. However, he took my lowball offer and gave me a Drone Bay upgrade. It never showed up in my ship upgrade modules.

Full wording of the results of this survey still not visible due to clipping
I didn't see the ability to expand the reach of mining constructors show up in the module list in .8 and so far not seeing it in .81 either. If it's not really there it probably should be. What good does it do to have solar systems with 3 resources when you can only reach 2 of them no matter how you position the mining constructor. Black Holes with 3 anti-matter nodes can never be fully utilized by one mining constructor without this ability.
I still say we need an "Executive Order" for Constructors. The need for resources has become critical. Changing some of the Survey findings from Colony ships to constructors helped, but that mechanic is just too random.
Thank you for adding this request to your list of "Things that need some TLC" [e digicons]}:)[/e]

Capstone +2 speed to all ships does not seem to be working in .80
I just had the same thing happen in my game. No notice of declared war, but a then a Torian fleet destroyed Earth's Starbase. I went back a couple of saves & sure enough I had been at war with them, but didn't know it. Maybe it's just the Torian Civ? Anyone else seeing this with other Civ's? I'm also at war with the Manti, again no notice. On the summary screen (upper right corner) the Civs that are at war with you show little red fists. So ther
On my 3rd Ship Graveyard survey, I was rewarded with a prototype ship - The Prospector, the survey ship of Boric the Quick. The only problem is that I was awarded that prize on my 2nd Ship Graveyard survey and had already rebuilt it. There needs to be logic that does not allow prototypes to repeat.
Ok, so I had a 2 ship Terran fleet (with the Gaze) survey a ship graveyard. Killed the 3 pirate ships with no problem. Decided to watch the battle using the new battle viewer. Cinematics were pretty good. The video ended just as the 2 fleets were getting ready to engage. I think your battle viewer needs some TLC [e digicons]}:)[/e] Went back and replayed the survey. This time battle viewer showed the Gaze taking a bunch of hits & then des
This survey result still has major clipping, it does not scroll. I also assume the "+" should be inside the box with at a minimum the wording "Experience Points +5 (for each ship in fleet)"
What's the red starship? Don't think I've ever seen that one.
That makes sense, but I've never gotten up to 10 and I'm on turn 450. I'm back down to 8 without using any Executive Orders. I did rush something on a planet so maybe that took away one of my choices. I still think all 10 should always show on the screen.
BTW - That first symbol (100) is "Antimatter", but when you mouse over it, the description is "Treasury".
"Prepared" has the same wording as "Agrarian" "Planning" has the same wording as "Constructive" "Cultural Appreciation" has the same wording as "Adaptable" <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/f
[quote who="PaulLach" reply="5" id="3840348"] I tried putting my cursor in the window containing the icons and scrolling and it worked! However, from a user point of view that is not the proper mechanism to use. Up at the top of the screen where all of the resources are displayed you have scroll arrows to move left or right. I suggest that you do the same thing with the Executive Orders window. Using the mouse wheel, which is usually used to scroll up and down, to
Scrolling doesn't work in my current game (77b). My number is 5 with 7 showing - the five are the choices currently available. I really hope they're working on adding the scrolling feature and making all Executive orders viewable. We need to see what our choices are & when they'll become available.
trancejeremy1 - I agree that these concepts don't make much sense in a 4X game since they basically negate a civilizations need to explore for new habitable worlds, but as long as there were only 1 per map, the thrill of discovery would be pretty neat.
Can't wait to test all the changes! The team is doing a great job!!
