XP Folder Titlebar Disappeared in Windows XP WinCustomize Forums

I recently uninstalled Icon Packager 3.1. Beforehand I reset all icons to the default XP theme and now all my folders don't display the bottom titlebar. It's the gray bar at the bottom of folders that displays the total size of all the files in the folder and such. Firefox and Internet Explorer still have them though, and System Restore doesn't do anything. How do I bring it back?

Thanks, Jafo. I looked through all the boot skins on that website but I still couldn't find the one I was looking for. However I was able to find some boot skins with a similar style so there is no doubt he is the author of the one I want. It probably got taken down a while back.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a Boot Skin that was made a couple months back. It was a black and white photograph of a woman lying down on her stomach. The picture only shows her body below the waist and she has her legs curled upwards. I've tried searching through about 50 pages and I can't find anything or remember what it was called.
