Downloading DesktopX in DesktopX JoeUser Forums

I am a dial-up user, and 15 MB is no easy job to download, especially in bangalore. The speed, on an average, is only about 3 kbps. So, when I am downloading it, I have to be damn sure it is going to be worthwhile. After all, who is going to waste an hour of phone charges when an update is due in near future? Can you give us a date when the new launch is to be sheduled? If you can't give that, could you start issuing patches which we can download,
