Sorry Schism, but it *is poor performance* if the UI gets to be so unresponsive to be unusable. I get that it's a much more graphically intensive game, but why does the GPU continually top out at 80-100% (and I mean for tens of minutes at a time before I get bored of looking) when there's no updates to the display? I'm not zooming, scrolling or changing screens. There's no enemy fleet action. There are a few background galaxy effects but they shouldn't be crippling the UI responsi
As a long term player of GC1, 2 & 3, I've wanted to like this game and I've refrained from complaining throughout the beta releases as that's just what they are - beta and buggy and the devs are well aware of the various bugs that need fixing.
