Controlling Projects on a universal basis in Strategies GalCiv2 Forums

Hi: In the first version of GalCiv, I was able to - I think via the Gov page - pick which projects each planet was working on from one screen. I could choose the order that things were being built, and of course, what was being built. I don't see that option anymore. It seems I have to go to every planet to decide what's being built there. DOes the option still exist?
