Could you maybe provide a screenshot, of what exactly you mean? There are a lot of events in the game, and some may have similarities. :)

My guess would be an anomaly that should have provided a free constructor didn't this being in GCIV on Epic.

I obsoleted the base version because the base version don't use miniaturization at all.  So I have to custom every ship even the cargo class ones.  Ia that why it not show up?

You deleted the base ship? Then yes you will not get any free ships. You are a newer player if I recall correctly, however, this has been a known issue since alpha/beta started.

colony ship too no upgrades for em either warps engines are gone just a ship move bonus but no new sensor, range or warp modules
