Game crashes on same turn after opening save file over and over

As stated in title, game crashes after ending turn on the same turn every time. This is my 3rd play through and this has happened every game where I get to a point where the game crashes over and over. Please advise.

If you have a savegame where this is reproducible it would help a lot if you uploaded it to a cloud service (DropBox, Google Drive, One Drive) and post a link here, so the developers can take a look at it.

Savegames are located in \Documents\My Games\GalCiv4\Saves

Also, it would help to see what is in the debug.err file, it can be found in \Documents\My Games\GalCiv4\
