Bug Involving Message About The Destruction of a Minor Civilization

This bug does not affect game play, but it is annoying. I destroyed the Klepart minor civilization about 75 turns ago and I have gotten the below message 4 times now, each time at the start of a new turn. It does not appear every turn, but I have gotten it 4 times.
