I am unable to install this program in windows 10. I keep getting the following error. Please help.
Do you use Panda AV?
Some AV apps are locking files which the installer needs access to whilst they scan them which results in the installer being unable to access the files in the mode they require.
thank you Neil! I do use Panda and disabled it and now it works! I had been trying to install it for two days! Thank you very much!
