How do you open/install a Desktop Suite after you download it?

:maybe:   O d/l a desktop suite but cannot open the folder and it will not install.  Do  I need certain software?

You'll need Theme Manager.... Unless it's a MyColors Theme... then you'd need MyColors... Theme manager has some bugs that haven't been fixed yet... so what I do is make separate folders for eact 'theme' and ten put the blind, docks, cursorfx, walls, ec. in that folder and implement them individually.... you'd need the programs governing each to make them work...
