Stardock Central will NOT download

I wanted to buy Gal Civ II online. First, I had to purchase Stardock Central. Done. Next, I have to download it. But here's the problem. The link is broken. Or the server's down.

The exact error message is:

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

I have tried shutting off Norton Antivirus as well as lowering Internet Explorer's security/privacy settings to the lowest option available.

What should I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Norton. Eggh. I wouldn't touch that thing with a stick. In fact, the steps I recommend anyone with that crap in their system takes are:

1. Uninstall and destroy any Norton CDs/boxes with a large sledge hammer.
2. Reformat/reinstall OS to remove Norton completely (it's stubborn).
3. Install Avast!, AVG (both free), or some other non-crap virus scanner that doesn't have all the additional "security" nonsense included.

Your problems may stem from Norton, they may stem from your ISP, maybe a corporate or school firewall, or maybe some other "security" software on your computer. Installing Firefox, Opera, or some other non-IE browser may help. Dunno.
