If you have a command ship with phase gate, as soon as this command ships jumps. The rest of the fleet can no longer use the phase gate and is left behind to find a different path home.
Hi. I think this behavior is normal. The ship ( Sularkon Tyrant ) with the phase gate module installed should be moved last.
