First of you can't delete factions in game but have to do so manualy in folder.

Steam saves your factions photos and i have like a few a don't use now. Not sure if its your issue or steams.

I would like a option for just a photo generation if that is possiable.

Tech as in research armor doesn't shows up never in tech bonus category.

Tech as in research the last one in kinetic higgs field crusher doesn't unlock.

I think in my opinion of course wealthy and fertile growth policies are so much better then what you get in cybernetics immortality tech.

Civ abilities intuitive says it allows 3 tech but only xeno anthropology is shown in tech tree.

Civ traits miners doesn't tell you it unlock additional tech, bereaucrats gives you plus 2 to control instead of 1 and additional tech for control.
