The shipyards appear (to me) to be very bugged. I'm in late game and all of a sudden, there are no combat ships in any of my shipyards to build.

After posting, I reloaded and played a while saving over the save where it just happened. After playing about 20 minutes or so...Viola! The combat ships were back.
Is it too late to send a save file on that?

I wanted to add...if it is too late. I'll be playing through again. It's happened twice. Only in late game. I can for sure send you one when it happens on my next run through.
Feel free to send a save file of the specific issue if you still have one. If you have specific instructions for how you need to replicate it (like "move this specific ship into the shipyard" or just "end turn and wait for issue") that would be really helpful as well!Thanks,Max
