Here's a few more oddities for you guys:

The "Energy Infuser" beam weapon vault item has no picture.

Some Leaders have descriptions that don't fit on their card.  That's fine but there's  no option to scroll or anything either.

The Stealth Field ship upgrade gives "Evasion +0.25" but I'm pretty sure this is the old evasion and not the renamed point defense evasion.

Seems like some of the 'chieves aren't working.  I've definitely had a ship reach 5th level, and I've played for more than 100 hours, for example.  Also "discover a nebula", "hyperspace", "complete a minor civ quest", "recruit a leader" and probably several more.

Sometimes when I select a fleet and then mouse over an enemy fleet, it does not calculate the battle odds.  If I mouse over some other fleets and then come back, the odds will be there.
Even stranger, I encountered a situation where the "pass" button wasn't there for a a fleet.  I selected a different fleet and it wasn't there either.  I thought, "maybe you can't pass on a turn in enemy territory?  That would be strange" but then I selected a probe (also in enemy territory) and it had the pass button.  Then the other two fleets had it again also.
