You can edit the German translations here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Groupy\lang

Open Notepad (or any text editor) as admin as that directory requires it:

Make the edits, save, refresh the UI, and see that they work.

Noted what you edited in the following format:

Was:
Line #: 'Text.......'='Old text'

Is now:
Line #: 'Text......'='New text'

Instead of reducing the file size, the text could often be shortened easily, like:

Instead of:

"Nur gruppieren, wenn das Fenster oben mindestens 1/3 Sekunden gehalten wird"

e.g.:

"Nur, wenn das Fenster oben mind. 1/3 Sek. gehalten wird"

("Gruppieren" is redundant, since it is already in the header)
