Missing icon and function in Start10 - Control Panel (old) submenu

Hi, I use last Start10 and Win10 with all latest updates.

I have one unresponsible item under older Control Panel submenu, but I see it only via Start10. I'm not able remove it or show preferences of this item by using right mouse button. How can I repair or remove this icon?

Removing the key "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ControlPanel\NameSpace\{98F2AB62-0E29-4E4C-8EE7-B542E66740B1}" solved my missing icon.
