Hey guys. So this has probably been brought up a million times, and I asked how to do this on the steam forums, they gave me a link to https://forums.galciv3.com/461766/ and for the life of me I couldn't figure it out. 

Anywho...I am looking to make 2 custom races from my current favorite books series(Doug Dandridges Exodus series) 

So I am trying to make a New Terran Empire with more race traits and the Ca'cadasans. Both need to have the morale bonus and production and economy etc. While the Cacas need all the aggression ones...Not asking someone to make them...But I cannot figure out how to do it myself using notepad. 

I am so sorry for making what is probably the millionth thread of this. Just wishing that someone out there might take pity on me haha
