Quoting JagerJack, reply 10Look, witchdocta, the answer to your question is: no one knows for sure. Not Stardock or GPG. I know it can be frustrating but all Stardock is asking for is your patience. Patience is a virtue, so hold on, alright?
Jager I'm totally with you on that...You just responded with more professionalism than one of the people heading customer relations on this game. That's my problem at this point. I asked a question originally and got a smarky response from some random person who treated me like I was dumb...so I responded to that and asked the question again. The another smarky person came in...I responded and asked again...Frogboy comes in and takes offense to that response and gives me a "you should get a response and go away blast." Yeah, okay. Instead of taking it personally Frogboy, you could have just answered the question that for some reason you had either been ignoring or hadn't payed much attention to.
Your frustration is warranted, but you have to empathize with the company staff also. They've been working long days for nearly three weeks now. You've been offered a refund which is about all Stardock can do if you don't want to wait. Yes, nobody answered your question, but that's because nobody had an answer. If someone had given you a time that they estimated it would be released, it would just call a ruckus if they didn't meet that deadline.
Heck, we were told we'd get a patch today this afternoon, and it's getting slightly past that. I'm frustrated myself, but I understand that programming has a lot of uncertainties you can't predict.
Frogboy is taking the brunt of all these criticisms and people who feel entitled to make demands, so he's understandably getting a bit irritated.
Try to understand and just let it go.
