Ok so i brought the retail box of sins last week and really enjoyed it and so i decided to purchase Entrenchment. I payed for it and then downloaded impulse. When Impulse was ready i tried to register the add-on but it keeps saying that my activation code or email is invalid yet still seems to recognise its an Entrenchment code as it always displays it in the product field. I thought maybe i'm doing somthing wrong so i resorted to purchasing it again with the same details and once again that code is apparently wrong, even more infuriating none of my emails contain information about entrenchment just (roduct name: Impulse) (Serial number: Impulse build) and there is no code disclosed. I have sent a message to the support team but have yet to recieve a reply what do you guys reccomend.

P.S i used a method recommended by Highlander somewhere which involves registereing original sins via Impulse but that beared no fruit either i really hate digital downloads . . .
