IM new and i could use some help please

how do i configure a desktopx theme that i downloaded. i am tring to add links to the internet drop box but not sure how to do it

it is Black on Blue made by PuterDudeJim . I want to edit it so i can put my own links on the drop boxes but not sure how to do it could you help me.

Is this the same quetion you askied in your other thread?

I would suggest contacting the skinner or maker of the DesktopX Theme for assistence by email or PM.
