Major Sins Multiplayer issue please help

Ok so i have entrenchment .93 and a buddy of mine has it to well when where playing multiplayer about 2 hours in his units stop moving on my screen and my units stop moving on his screen an example if he has a fleet on a planet and then sends it to another planet on my screen it still shows his fleet on the other planet if he build a unit i cant see it basically we are invisible to each other

so we thought this had something to do with diplomacy but the problem happens and i can still see all of his units and planets at the time of the problem but if he builds new or sends them somewhere it doesnt show it on my screen

It may be that the connection between your computers was momentarily severed, causing the game to revert to computer players. I know i versed a friend on LAN once and that is what happened.

Did you save and go back in at all? That was actually the reason it didn't work for us. It wouldn't load correctly.

The game fell out of sync; it's a major bug they're working on.   The only way to fix it is to start a whole new game.

Ironclad is trying to fix this bug; and they need help - you're supposed to send the logs from the game to their support people.  I don't know the exact info, but if you look through these forums and those at www.sinsofasolarempire.com you'll see tons of messages about syncing/desyncing and instructions on who to send the logs too (and hopefully where these logs are )

There's also a post that says if you make a few changes to the user.setting, it'll fix one of the major sync problems.  Another is coming in an updated patch and there's a 3rd they're still trying to find.

The changes btw, are: 

CalculateCheckSumTickFrequency 50
CalculateCheckSumDetail 3
SaveCheckSumSnapShotsInGameTickFrequency 0
SaveCheckSumSnapShotsOnSave TRUE
IsCheckSumLoggingOn FALSE

Hope that helps out a bit.
