Well, that's it. I can't find the 4th clue.
I found it, but I had to visit the same site 20000 times before it showed up. Next time code the damn thing better.

Couldn't find the first dog and I suspect it just wouldn't display for me. Rats.
I give up. I have spent over 2 hours trying to find the the first dog, or any of them for that matter, but to no avail.
