Serial Number not required ?? WTF (please move if in the wrong section)

I bought GCII ultimate bundle yesterday and just recieved the "thank you" email from Stardock.
Eager to finally play the game, I noticed it said that the serial number is not required.
Ok, but how do I get the game ??
Keep telling me to type in the serial code.
Any help would be nice.

You're probably seeing a reference to the retail version, which did not require a serial to be entered to install or play it. You do need to have a serial though to download from SDC.

You normally recieve one immediately by email upon purchase. If you used paypal though and did not already have the money on your account, it may take some time to complete the order.
