I recently purchased GalCivII and i'm loving playing it.
One of my favorite features is the game's focus on detail and flexibility.
There was however a thing on which I would appreciate commentaries:
In the game theory, every ship moves using a hyperdrive that folds space and can travel to large distances in short time, using subspace.
So why does every ship that travels more than 2parsec/week has to go around starbases,suns, planets,etc.. wasting precious movement points?
I would suggest: When we click on the ship's destination, we should see a visual effect of the ship doing a hyperjump and re-appearing along the path if the destination isn't reached on the end of the turn (a week).
