I was wondering if there was a way to increase the social production of a colony by a flat number, rather then a %.
In the technologies it looks like that all of the bonuses are %. I'd rather just increase the base Social Production of each colony by say, 30 points.
I do not like at the speed that it takes for colonies to grow and want to speed it up a bit.
Another way is to increase the IP of the factories - and I could do that too (and just change the costs of the hulls so ships are not affected).
Haha, I just figured out another way to do it BUT, now I am still wondering if it is possible to do the above.
