(GrossIncome + TradeRouteIncome) * taxes - Expenses 54.24 + 165 + 134.48 = 353.72 (876.58 + 432.26) * .299 - 353.72 = 37.62316 or 37.62 rounded. All checks out

It's not out of the realm of possibilities. Many companies have access to technologies they don't understand because another company laid the ground work to research for it. It's also generally doesn't come up in games that support tech trading that you need access to all of the techs leading up to it.
Thank you Steel. Draver shared this with the community team.
Alright looking at the save, OP hasn't unlocked diplomancy so it didn't come from a trade. Might have been an event. ...however, not the OPs question. However it happened the reason is Planetary Mobilization was not researched to unlock soldiers.
I'm pretty sure it was through tech trading.
NGL I find this bug kinda hilarious I will with extreme disappointment bring this to the community team to have the devs look at this.
And somehow managed to log in to an alternate discord account I thought was deleted. >.
Hello, Thanks for the suggestion. I also posted this on the discord. https://discord.com/channels/299942486095167489/1356353478779342858/1369112794372247723
Not sure you can expect anyone to know how long each item can take. Many people are not developers. That being said my whole list can take an hour at the most each. Mine are listed biggest annoyance to least with that first point extremely annoying… probably a shock to no one.
Yeah figured you like that.
So some basic tips on the Diplomacy system. - At the start of the game you need to decide if you want to use tech trading and or tech brokering. Tech trading with tech brokering enabled allows you to trade a tech say Universal Translator with 1 AI and share it with every other AI. By disabling tech brokering brokering you must have researched the tech first before you can trade it. - Once you meet an AI and have Universal Translator I recommend going to every AI and each one y
Thats not what I meant. There is an automate button that works well with rally points. Trade is the trade ships. Regarding diplomacy you can get deals in you favor with a small investment. I might need to do a guide on AI trades its actually easy to get better deals
just wait until you find the automate tab next to trade on the Civ screen
Hey Colonel Ive read everyone of your post and really not going to derail the OP by pointing everything thats wrong in it. I replied to the OP with somethings that I noticed from the mechanics and some explanation to their findings but its not to say the AI is perfect. Far from it.
The AI started in a rather large sector compared to the OP.
Well if you looked at the save youd see they have almost the same number of worlds and cores colonized. The OP had also snapped the pic after they conquered the AI.
Err sec trying to do this from my phone is a mistake. Play how you want but I recommend the tutorials because its a fundamental gc4 mechanic. Regarding this post that you jumped on I explained why Arceans arent expanding. There is a food issue in the logs but its mostly due to their Ai weights
You can use any starting world Shield, Wisp, Hammer…etc. Im just explaining gc4 game mechanics, you can look at the tutorial. Its very different then GC3. Cores only provide multipliers they need the flat bonus of the class 1 - 15 worlds A class 1 world that has 4 minerals feeding a core with 100% manufacturing is 8 manufacturing. You should prioritize potential core worlds but its false to say class 1 - 2 is worthless unless your thinking in GC3 terms.&nb
