UN votes, share tech, WHAT? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

So i have a nice tech advantage over my rivals. I declare war on one of the civs and launch an invasion. Alls going good till the UN convenes and votes (against my will) to share ALL technology amongst ALL races. WHAT! How can this even come to a vote? Its single handedly the dumbest thing ive ever heard! NO ONE would EVER do that!

Heh and now ive been hit with an economic recession and im losing 500 per turn. Sigh

Morale keeps droping and droping in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Ive played a few games no problem, but on my current game the morale on all my planets keeps droping constantly. I keep lowering the taxes to the point where im making almost no money, and morale is still at 45% and droping. Im not at war with anyone, so what could be the problem?

Im not aware of any cheats, but i do know you can very easily hex edit the save files to give yourself much more money ;)
