Sorry if this has been posted about,,,, I've tried to decommission star-bases and also use the cheat to destroy them,,,, the game just hang up and does nothing

I was going to suggest this too. where we right click and either send to or send near the planet ,,, I also like to see right click on ships and put them in park for three or five or ten turns or even indefinite.

OK I realize my resolution is my problem,,But I can`t run it beyond 1280 X 1024. This pic shows what I have. My other screens are like wise.

I also like meeting aliens a little later... or even much later in the game
