If Thunderbolt is going to be adopted fast, then it may be worth waiting for it to be on the mummyboard. Not sure how likely it is to turn up on an add-on card, and how useful that solution may be if it happens. Plus there's waiting for it to be implemented on external hard drives. Hmmmm. Waiting. Waiting Waiting. [e digicons]:|[/e]

After much faffing around and learning more stuff I finally managed to get the Werewolves looking hairier. Also removed the fastener for the cloak and toned down RRH's skin a little. I may leave the cloak fastener off or replace it with some small chain. I'm going to start playing around with the other environment styles now.

I miss hearing the birds. When I lived with my brother we had a big tree outside the house that the birds loved, so I'd hear them every morning when I was going to bed or waking up (I have no sleep schedule). Where I live now I can't really hear them because the tress are farther away for my home, and if I hear anything it's just pigeons. I don't even hear them most days because the people who live next door to me have a kid that cries a lot, and it sounds like a dogs squeezy

That's some freakin' sweet news, Ross. [e digicons]\o/[/e] [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e] And you're right, it is about f***ing time! Now remember, when opportunity knocks, kick opportunity in the nuts and hogtie it so it doesn't get away. You could even tie opportunity to a chair and dance around it while listening to "Stuck in the Middle With You" if you wanted.[e digicons][/e]

Another day, another update. The Werewolves are still sans facial and body hair because it's still slowing renders down. Trying to get help with a solution for that at the moment. Not sure how much longer before upload time, as I have some alternative styles for the environment I'm using, and I might use them to broaden the wallpaper options for the user. They're probably going to involve some tweaking of lights and stuff though. Tweaks here include additional lighting, cha

By that logic, a million monkeys typing at a million keyboards could also write a good "About Us", eventually. But that's a lot of monkey poop to clean up in the meanwhile.

Thanks, sViz! [e digicons]\o/[/e] As far as the edges go, it may just be a matter of changing the lighting. I've added extra lighting in to the scene now, but haven't got a render done of how it looks by the time I'd finished tweaking things (I added facial and body hair to the Werewolves earlier today and for some reason my render times slowed to a crawl despite render settings being turned down). I'll probably do a render tomorrow and if need be, I'll look at bl

This, as you say, has so much potential for good. But when I first noticed the headline about them in the news earlier this week, I lost interest as soon as I saw that they're being developed by Google. That's not me saying I just flat out dislike Google and everything they've done/do. On this occasion though my instant reaction was: As far as driving. Well, I can't drive, but one thing do
