http://www.gameinformer.com/b/features/archive/2016/05/11/civilization-vi-coming-october-21-big-changes-to-core-gameplay.aspx The article features some changes like districts and research boosting. All sounds good in theory.

It sounds like an improvement on CIV5 - I won't be so quick to buy this time however as I was bitterly disappointed in CIV5. I believe it is the least # of hour spent on a CIV ever for me and I have been playing since CIV 1. Please make this franchise great again.

I haven't been playing ashes during the beta phase, I found it quite confusing and just didn't get me excited. However, I am now playing through the scenario and I am absolutely loving it. The game has really come together nicely and it is a real blast to play. Makes me feel like when I first played total annihilation, which is a good thing. Congratulations on putting out yet another awesome game.

I haven't played it for a while. The new Beta is massivvely different from what I last rememeber. The graphics are certainly a big improvement. My main problem is that I find it really difficult to work out what to do. The radioactive holes are hard to spot. The buildings don't really explain why I should bother building them, especially the oribital ones. There seems to be some kind of upgrade system but it is unclear whether that applies to a single building or all buildings. <

I felt sick when I read about his passing away. I have been playing Blackstar all weekend and really enjoying it and hoping beyond hope he may tour down under and then to find out he has died was just shocking. For me the trinity of rock was based on Lou, Iggy and David, they have provided me with so much pleasure over the years. Many of the bands/musicians I love owe them such a massive amount. Now we are two down...

Nice set up. Your screen is quite high up on the fall, i think I would neck problems looking up like that ;). Plamsa still blows the average led/lcd out the water - I will stick with my 60" panasonic plasma until it dies

Firefly was awesome - criminal that it was canned. I guess most people would rather see CSI: Portland, CSI: Crapsville, SVU, Numbers, Bones and all those other lame shows. I will see if this game is my cup of tea. I have been on a nostalgic Elite tour so maybe this will be what I am looking for.

In previous builds if you click equip on the entire stack you can step through the units by clicking the arrow buttons along the top. However, now if you step through and then equip a unit, other than the main one, the arrow buttons are removed. This means you cannot continue equipping other units but must quit and reselect again.

If you compare like for like then your halcyon days never were. For example, Master of Magic was released and required a huge number of updates after it came out and it was still not complete. And, arguably, MoM is much less complex than a game like SK. When you deal with so many layers of complexity you will end up with a load of bugs. I can't think of any strategy games that didn't require fixes and improvements after release. What sets stardock

Stardock have made some amazing games and while these games have had bugs and possibly a few questionable design decisions Stardock has also been very good dealing and discussing their development weaknesses and attempting to fix them. Stardock have built games that people have been crying out for for years, games that no-other company was willing to venture into. While SK has a few bugs and some issues that could be improved none of them take away from what is, in my opinion, a great game. B

According to Metacritic Sorcerer King came out in 2014 not 2015 - weird. I was surprised that there were only a handful of user comments and of the three two were mega-negative. I was quite sad to see those two red reviews. Anyway, maybe forum readers should go onto metacritic and place more balanced reviews for, what I believe, is a brilliant game that providing me with many hours of entertainment.

Excellent to see a bunch of fixes, some of which I certainly encountered and did post as bugs. However, there are few bugs/issues that I can't see a fix for... 1. What about the 50 XP potions? Do they now award experience correctly? 2. Also the Sorcerer bailing in the final fight - is that addressed? Anti-climax to be in the final fight and in the second turn the enemy pulls the plug and declares you the winner.

After finishing my game, prematurely I might add because the Sorcerer King pulled out in the final battle, I was presented with a screen to show how well I had done. The only problem is that I have no idea which result is my current game. Where is my score, which one is shows my results? The meta-realm is useless as: 1. I don't know my score to compare to 2. the metarealm opens in this very amateurish window inside steam where the items don&#
