You mean the normal starter cubes? Yeah i have tested around and finally found out, you can save your desings as "star bases". It is logical, but when someones is a new player, the person would search for a cube called "starbase". Nobody knows you can just take the cube and save it as a starbase. Yeah i saw your starbases.
