Actually isn't this is true 4X game? So in reality any lag in this game should be irrelevent except for in the battle minigame.

Of course it will work fine on lower specs. Now if you max out the population limit and resource speed. Start a 4 to 6 person game. Of course you might need the recommended specs to see all the action when there is massive fleet on fleet on fleet on fleet action.

I think youll find that the game will look much much different when the 3D engine is implemented. Like almost nothing like this. You can only see the artistic style from this.

So do we know, are the screenshots we see the same graphics that will be in the final product. They look like they were drawn will color pencils or something. I would have expected atleast something on the level of sins of a solar empire. I mean even that ran on the most modest machines. Now that is not to say that I wouldn't play if it was. I've definitely have already preordered it.
