Generally speaking, I want removing content to be a last resort. If we can coax folks into updating their descriptions that'd be far better. I'm working on getting that field set as required as well. Please -- light touch on this kind of thing, ok?

Replicating the original instructions outside of the ongoing moderation logs. This can stay pinned while the other one "rolls" with new actions. Workshop Moderation Delete Mod Forum Moderators and Admins now have the ability to delete mods that are in violation of our Terms of Service. You can access the tools on the Workshop Website</

Epic can be deceiving on whether you are actually signed in. Run the Epic store and then launch the game from there. Let us know if that fixes it -- it did for me when this happened for me as well. :)
