Paint Shop Pro is definitely a capable program (I started out using PSP myself too), and worth the cash, but the fact is, if you can afford Photoshop then go for it. When I made the upgrade from PSP to PS, it was one of the best purchases I'd made. Also, if you wanna save some cash, I believe Gimp is a great graphics prog. It's free, and everything I hear about it is all good. Never used it myself, but I don't think I've ever heard a bad word against it.

Simple and efficient skins are always a good thing, but the one thing that irritates me, is the overwhelming amount of them available. It's seems very original and creative skins are being released these days. I'm not knocking the simple skins, most of them are technically perfect in their creation, but they all share a similar blandness, that dulls down the desktop sometimes. Becuase the public are lazy and stupid, and don't bother to vote for the skin in relation to the category and the function of the skin. Instead, people seem to be voting based soley on the screenshot of the skins or who the author is. Personally I haven't placed a vote in the contest, for two reasons. 1. I've entered it, so I don't see it as right to cast a vote. 2. I don't have time to go through and D/L all the skins. However, if I was voting, I'd make sure to evluated any skins I was
