Paint Shop Pro is definitely a capable program (I started out using PSP myself too), and worth the cash, but the fact is, if you can afford Photoshop then go for it. When I made the upgrade from PSP to PS, it was one of the best purchases I'd made. Also, if you wanna save some cash, I believe Gimp is a great graphics prog. It's free, and everything I hear about it is all good. Never used it myself, but I don't think I've ever heard a bad word against it.
lost=list
Only app I'd add to the original lost is Ez Pop, as there's no other skinnable e-mails progs on the list. It's quite a popular app, and the skin sizes aren't too big.
A sick and mad OS? I think you might be needing to find a doctor, not a skinner.......
That 2nd paragraph should have started off: "It's seems very few original and creative skins are being released these days" I typed that 5 mins after getting out of bed.....
Simple and efficient skins are always a good thing, but the one thing that irritates me, is the overwhelming amount of them available. It's seems very original and creative skins are being released these days. I'm not knocking the simple skins, most of them are technically perfect in their creation, but they all share a similar blandness, that dulls down the desktop sometimes. I know there's no written rules about skinning, but it would be nice if every now and then, someone came along w
Well the content will be updated for the Summer Gui Olympics, I assume.
I they'll they've all gone home, Grayhaze. Maybe we should just give out the last 5 awards. *Hands 2 to Grayhaze and keeps the other 3* Well, if only they'd stuck around........
What happened to these 5 extra awards that were supposed to be given?
This was fun. Can't wait for the summer Glimpics. And thanks so much to you folks at Stardock. Now I can buy myself a new system. Whoo!!
Let's just storm the building and take the results. My ass is falling asleep cause I've been sitting still for so long.......
I'm camping outside the front door. Not gonna miss this....
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I can't take the supense!!!!! AAAHHH!!!!! I'm off to do some needless kiling, then.....
Yeah, this was pretty fun indeed. Now, post-Glimpics party time: Back to mines for beer.
Sweet mother of god!!! I MUST have been VERY good in my last life!!!
So these bonus categories, are there gonna be prizes for them too?
Ooh, results anounced on April 1st, eh. We all know what that day is.......
evualted=evalute=evaluate Damn, where's that edit button gone?......
evualted=evalute
Becuase the public are lazy and stupid, and don't bother to vote for the skin in relation to the category and the function of the skin. Instead, people seem to be voting based soley on the screenshot of the skins or who the author is. Personally I haven't placed a vote in the contest, for two reasons. 1. I've entered it, so I don't see it as right to cast a vote. 2. I don't have time to go through and D/L all the skins. However, if I was voting, I'd make sure to evluated any skins I was
So, will we be seeing a 'best use of silence' category in the summer Glimpics?......
Must've been those first-time users mistaking their system sounds for WB, of course.......
I'm curious, were those extra skins there by accident, or did people actually vote for them?
Of course, one plausable explanation is that a busload of stupid people pulled up outside the voting booth.......
